Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE) is a county owned airport located just northwest of Aspen, Colorado. It is considered a non-hub primary commercial service facility and has more regular service from major carriers than any other regional ski town airport in North America.

Parking is available for a daily maximum of $12 per day. Economy parking is also available for $6 per day.

Skiing and Snowboarding Aspen is known for its world class ski resorts and has over 5,500 acres of skiing with 332 different runs. Independence Pass Independence Pass is a 20-mile scenic drive between Leadville and Aspen and passes through the Sawatch Mountains and along the Roaring Fork River. During this drive altitude will reach 12,000 feet above sea level. There are many hiking trails and viewpoints during the drive. Maroon Bells One of the most photographed mountains in the world, Maroon Bells is a must see while visiting Aspen. You can enjoy the stunning views from the trail that snakes around the lake below, or hike to the summit.
