Access Members can purchase discounted seats on our network of private flights across the West Coast and Texas and enjoy preferential pricing for On Demand flights allowing you to fly wherever you’d like, whenever you’d like.

• What is a Freedom Membership?

  Book most of our scheduled service flights for free, apart from special event flights. Choose from an expansive schedule of all-day flights across the West Coast and Texas. Freedom Members also enjoy preferential pricing for On Demand flights allowing you to fly wherever you’d like, whenever you’d like.

• How early or late can flights be booked in advance?

  When seats are available, flights on the Surf Air network may be booked up to 15 minutes in advance of a flight’s scheduled departure time.

• How do I book an On Demand flight?

  Like everything else at Surf Air, we’ve made your private travel as easy as possible. With our self-service On Demand booking and discovery technology, you can choose from a marketplace of aircrafts suggested for each trip. With transparent pricing, conspicuous logistical details, and an easy checkout experience, you’ll be on your way without having to deal with the back and forth of a slow-to-respond charter brokerage desk.

• How do On Demand flights work?

  Flying On Demand is the most flexible way to fly. Like a charter flight, you’ll be able to reserve a private aircraft and set the time, locations, and specifications you’ll need. With On Demand, you’ll be able to control the entire travel day from end to end and invite whomever you’d like along for the journey.

• How much do On Demand flights cost?

  On Demand flights vary according to several dependencies. The most important criteria are: Number of passengers, length of flight, and type of aircraft (for example: jet vs. turboprop). Usually, On Demand flights will start around $500 per flying hour and over $10,000 per hour for larger aircraft. • How are memberships billed?

  Memberships can either be paid in full for the entire commitment term or can be billed monthly.

• How much is a Surf Air membership?

  Surf Air has four membership tiers ranging from $199 per month to $2,999 per month. Each membership provides members access to a private fleet of aircraft flying routes across the West Coast and within Texas as well as a network of on-demand charter operators all booked through a single easy-to-use app.

• How do I know if a Surf Air membership is right for me?

  If you drive two to six hours regularly or fly commercial for more than two round-trips in a region we serve, you need a Surf Air membership.
